The Project Proposal Manager plays a critical leadership role in developing compelling and competitive proposals that support the company’s growth objectives in the construction industry. This position leads the proposal development process from strategy to submission, coordinating with internal departments, technical staff, and external partners to ensure high-quality, timely, and tailored responses to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
