Project Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities for our projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional quality outcomes. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive quality management plans and systems for projects. - Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote quality awareness and best practices. - Manage documentation related to quality control, including reports, records, and compliance documentation. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and international quality standards. - Train and mentor project personnel on quality procedures and protocols. - Lead root cause analysis and follow-up on quality incidents to prevent recurrence.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a Quality Manager in construction or engineering projects. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines. - Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
