Project & Sales Support Engineer (Mechanical, Aircond, North)

Location: North, Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (830am-530pm), Alternate Sat (830-1230pm)

Responsibilities :

1. Understand and diligently address customers' enquiries/requests for quotation (RFQs).
2. Gain knowledge and understanding of cooling water-related equipment including its proper operation.
3. Attending various meetings including clarification meetings, “kick-off” meetings, troubleshooting meetings and the like together with our Customer Service Section and /or customers, as and when required.
4. Supervising contractors/subcontractors regarding site project activities Service is of utmost importance.
5. Respond efficiently to issue onsite including troubleshooting, as and when the need arises.

Qualification/Requirement :

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical /Chemical With sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
2. Minimum valid Singapore Driving license Class 3 and Computer Literate.
3. Relevant experience in the Air -Conditioning & refrigeration system will be an advantage.
4. Project design and update of drawing using AutoCAD 2D software.
