About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service / Property Manager to join our Singapore office. You’ll be at the front line of ensuring smooth handovers, happy tenants, and seamless communication between landlords and clients. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have prior experience, what matters most is your initiative, reliability, and commitment to great service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate apartment handovers (check-in/check-out) with tenants
- Communicate and resolve issues between landlords, tenants, and vendors
- Follow up promptly on repairs, maintenance, and client queries
- Depending on experience can look the manage the property management team

- Organized, hands-on, and willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a small, fast-moving team
