Responsibilities:

- Data and Payment Accuracy Assist in calculating monthly/quarterly provider compensation Audit payroll files and true-up payment records against plan terms Participates in annual provider compensation related surveys
- Performance Tracking Track wRVU production, panel sizes, access scores, and incentive measures Escalate outliers or data discrepancies to Senior Analyst or Director
- Documentation and Workflow Support Maintain organized records for comp plans, approval documentation, and policy references Help respond to audit or compliance inquiries with clear supporting files
- Operational Support Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and status changes for providers
- Improvement and Learning Document and improve comp workflows and processing logic Develop internal SOPs for common tasks and share knowledge with team members
- Bachelors or 4 years’ work-related experience Required
- 1 year in healthcare finance, provider comp, analytics, or related roles Preferred
