Public Relations Officer
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Handle student inquiries and provide basic information about programs and admissions
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling
- Perform general reception duties and ensure the front office is well maintained
- Track, record, and generate regular reports on all student inquiries (walk-in, telephone, email, and online) for management review
- Assist with coordination of meetings, events, and campus activities
- Support marketing and public relations activities when required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
