Role profile
- Digital and technology projects
- Work in an agile environment with different teams (Development, Product, Operations, and Design) to assure the QA coverage
- Plan, deploy, and manage the testing activities for any given engagement
- Drive improvement in test methodologies and technologies for test automation, reporting, traceability, and defect management
- Use the agreed test tools, trackers, and environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
- Ensure each product release meets well-defined high quality standards
- Support the career development of test engineers
An agile, experienced team. You will work in a flex open space, with a scrum master to help guide the process and a product owner to represent the business’ needs.
Competences & requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Manage a QA team for the development and execution of test cases
- Drive testing automation, scripting, and regression testing utilizing offshore test automation engineers
- Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality releases
- Engineering or computer science background is a must
- 6+ years of relevant QA experience
- Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
- 1-2 years of people management experience
Technologies and tools you’ll work with and need to know: Agility, TDD, Automation, Continuous Integration, ALM, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Appium, DevOps.
