Job Description:
Business Analyst Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting requirements gathering team meetings with business users and technical teams and capture the requirements and use cases.
- Identify and document the project scope, benefit, cost and timescale
- Detailed documentation preparation for requirements, use cases, ERD, functional, non- functional requirements.
- Process flow development.
Quality Analyst Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of varying sizes.
- Perform testing on various software, telecom, and reporting systems.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
Qualifications • Minimum Degree: Degree required in the field of IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering and Management or relevant work experience
Fresh Graduates welcomed
