QA Engineer

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project and responsibilities:

• Join a global team developing energy applications for reliable electrical power networks.
• Plan and execute testing strategies based on requirements; design and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Perform functional and non functional testing and validate real life scenarios with laboratory equipment.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and manage execution and reporting in Zephyr Scale.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve QA processes and product quality.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, promote testing best practices and mentor team members.
• Build Power Systems expertise and support the product throughout its lifecycle.

• Work hybrid from Kraków, with 1 to 2 office days weekly and flexible work organization.
• Collaborate internationally in English and attend regular integration meetings.
• Develop Software QA and Power Systems expertise while supporting the global energy transition.

• At least 3 years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Hands on test automation in Python.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques and testing tools.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with SDLC and version control systems, including Git.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Zephyr Scale.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good command of English at B2 or above.

• Power Systems knowledge.
• Experience with OPC, IEC 60870 5 104, MODBUS and IEEE C37.118.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• BDD approaches with Gherkin.
• ISTQB certification.
• Performance, security or compliance testing experience.
