QA Executive
- Maintain Quality documentation system for Hai Phong Inspection and Lab.
- Assist National Quality Manager with the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System ISO 9001, 17025, 17020 and other Standards) and, to ensure that quality requirements are not subordinated to any prejudicial interests.
- Be responsible to work with External audit team.
- Support Quality Manager in training of Hai Phong personel on all matters affecting Quality Management and Quality Improvement.
- Have to follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions.
- Support business in handling client complaint.
- Look into continuous improvement.
- Support Quality Manager in arranging BoA audit and accreditation scope surveillance/extension/ getting Government license (Circuar, Degree).
- Perform other tasks required by National Quality Manager.
- Stand in Quality Manager’s responsibility in his/her absence.
- In the absence of the QA Officer, the National Quality Supervsior shall assume the aforesaid responsibilities.
- Bachelor degree in technicial field such as Chemistry , Engineer, …
- Management skill (planning, organizing, leadership and verifying – preferably with training or degree in management or 1 year management experience).
- Fundamental knowledge of related division activities .
- Knowledge on ISO 17025, 17020, 9001.
- Business outlook, customer focus.
