QA Paint Shop Executive

1. Lead Product Audit and Customer Satisfaction activities
2. Liase with Production team for internal concerns and closely monitors performance Paint Quality at internal and external customers
3. Involve inter-shop buy-off activities (Body Shop, Paint Shop & Trim Shop).
4. Quality data collection, do analysis, prepare the report and come out with suggestion / solution for improvement.
5. Monitor related maintenance of tools & equipment provided by company.
6. Provide the training to subordinates from time to time.
7. Do evaluation skill for subordinates.
8. Establish and update related documents such as procedure, work standard, check sheet etc when necessary.
9. Ensure Inspection activities follow the procedure and standard.
10.Quality records control activities.
11.Investigate customer complaint received (internal & external) and come out the solution for improvement.
12. Coordinate quality improvement in the line.
13.Involved in any activities which related to testing / trial and validation such as color matching, paint thickness & paint viscosity in Paint Shop.
14.Coordinate and participate in 5’s, Safety & Health, Kaizen & ICC activities.
15.To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974).

Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.The Company is owned by a consortium of corporate shareholders, which constitutes of Sime Darby Motors Sdn. Bhd., Sime Darby Hyundai Sdn Bhd, Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea , and Berjaya Auto Berhad.
