QA QC Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA QC Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality projects. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for construction projects. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. - Identify and document quality issues and non-conformances, and collaborate with teams to resolve them. - Prepare quality reports, documentation, and maintain records for all QC activities. - Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all QA QC activities. - Review project plans and specifications to identify quality standards and requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a QA QC Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, procedures, and regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams. - Familiarity with quality management systems and audit processes. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment under tight deadlines.
