QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction and concrete restoration/repair projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction and restoration works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable UAE/GCC requirements. Key Responsibilities • Inspect and monitor concrete repair, restoration, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation works. • Conduct inspections of construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. • Prepare and maintain ITPs, method statements, checklists, inspection requests, and quality records. • Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters. • Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Monitor material approvals, testing, sampling, and compliance with project specifications. • Review concrete repair materials, admixtures, waterproofing systems, and related construction materials. • Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation of inspection and testing activities. • Support preparation and closure of NCRs, MIRs, WIRs, and snag lists. • Ensure compliance with project quality plans, HSE requirements, and applicable industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in construction. • Hands-on experience in concrete repair/restoration, rehabilitation, or waterproofing is preferred/required. • Experience with building construction projects is highly preferred. • Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspections, ITPs, NCRs, MIRs, and WIRs. • UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage. • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
