QA/QC Inspector (Joinery)

Conduct quality inspections throughout joinery production and site installation activities.
Inspect joinery works against approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Verify dimensions, materials, finishes, edge banding, hardware, and workmanship before product release.
Inspect raw materials, veneers, laminates, solid wood, paints, hardware, and accessories prior to production.
Monitor cutting, assembly, polishing, painting, finishing, and packaging processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and workmanship issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and approve completed products before dispatch to site.
Perform installation inspections to ensure joinery works are installed in accordance with approved drawings and company standards.
Coordinate with Production, Technical, Installation, and Project teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Wood Technology.
3–5 years of QA/QC experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and installation methods.
Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory) for travel between factory and project sites.
