QA QC

QA/QC role involves developingand implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits,documenting and reporting quality issues, and collaborating with teams toaddress quality concerns

Working with engineering,production, and other teams to address quality issues and implement correctiveactions.

Includes creating quality controlplans, procedures, and checklists, and ensuring they are effectivelyimplemented.

Performing regular inspections ofproducts, materials, and processes to identify any deviations from establishedstandards.

Perform Surveillance Inspectionto ensure that the construction work is performed and duly meeting the projectspecific Quality Requirements.

In construction and otherindustries, QA/QC professionals may monitor the quality of work performed bycontractors and subcontractors.

Ensuring all quality-relateddocumentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Participating in qualitymeetings, reporting on quality performance, and communicating quality issues torelevant stakeholders.

Ensuring all testing equipment isproperly maintained, calibrated, and in good working order.

Verify in process inspection,final inspection and welding

Carry out Welding control andinspection Prepare and maintain Welding Audit Report during construction

Record result of inspections andmaintain records of specific items as per contract/specifications

Arrange for proper NDTrequirements as per specifications

Raise Non-conformance reports asseen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out

Review all NDT reports andapproval.

Witness all testing activities asrequired by approved Inspection and Test plan
