QA Specialist I

Overview

Location: Gummidipoondi

• Developing, implementing and maintaining of Quality Assurance systems as per the requirement of Kemin to ensure the supply of consistent quality product to our customers

• Work Environment: Quality Control laboratories at GMD and factory as whole

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and up-gradation of Quality systems (including surveillance and certification audits which include both Food and Feed safety).
• Conduct internal and external audit as per the schedules and ensure audit score meeting the requirement.
• Conduct audits at vendors/toll manufacturers/contract labs within established time.
• Impart training to workmen and staff on GMP, FSMS and QMS requirements.
• Process and product validation by using statistical tool like SQC or SPC
• Effectively address process failure by using Quality Control tools and providing adequate support to the concern team to avoid re-occurrence of the same failure.
• Conduct management review meeting effectively

Qualifications

• MSc in specialized in Chemistry / Biochemistry/ Microbiology / Biotechnology/ with minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in QA systems#LI-SS1
