QA Tester

About the role
Join us in ensuring quality across our enterprise applications, integrated business processes, and customer-facing workflows. You'll work closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and senior QA resources to validate requirements, catch defects early, and support reliable, on-time releases. What you'll do

• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design test plans, scenarios, and detailed manual test cases
• Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, smoke, and exploratory testing across web, API, and backend systems
• Validate business-critical workflows (orders, payments, billing, invoicing, notifications, reporting) and verify data accuracy using SQL
• Test REST or SOAP APIs and document defects clearly, from reproduction steps through triage, retesting, and regression validation
• Support UAT, release-readiness reviews, and post-production validation, tracking work in Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, or Zephyr

What you bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on manual QA/testing experience in web-based or enterprise application environments
• Strong experience designing and executing functional, integration, regression, and UAT test coverage from requirements and user stories
• Experience testing REST or SOAP APIs using Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent tools
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for backend validation and troubleshooting
• Experience with test-management and defect-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, Zephyr, TestRail)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in Agile delivery teams

Nice to have

• SAP-integrated processes, SOAP services, invoicing, payments, or financial transactions
• Exposure to Salesforce, CRM, or other enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with accessibility, performance, security, mobile, or compatibility testing
• Awareness of UI automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience preparing test metrics, dashboards, or release-readiness reports
