Job Summary

As a quantity surveyor, you will estimate costs, material quantities, and project timelines while collaborating with teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and meet commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shop drawings to determine project quantities and prepare detailed quotations by clarifying scope and client requirements
• Liaise with clients to resolve unclear project scope and align expectations for accurate cost estimation
• Coordinate with subcontractors to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely execution of awarded contracts
• Prepare shop drawings when required to support project planning and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Forecast project progress and prepare accurate progress work claims for financial tracking
