Quality Assurance Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Can supervise and follow up electrical progress of works, installation, and commissioning of different units of the SATORP.
Able to plan and control the inspection of all electrical works and related activities.
Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical works.
Monitor the final inspection of completed electrical works before handing over to the client.
Able to review electrical shop drawings and vendor drawings for compliance with contract documents.
Review electrical materials submittals for compliance with contract documents.
Review electrical specifications and calculations for conformance with contract documents.
Implement the SATORP electrical quality assurance plan.
Review as-built drawings of electrical works, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree holder in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil and gas maintenance.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs related to quality assurance.
Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
Strategic management skills.
