Quality Assurance Manager

HSM Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality systems, customer and supplier quality, and continuous improvement efforts at our Fort Smith manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity for a hands-on quality leader who enjoys solving complex problems, developing teams, and partnering across operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers. You will have the ability to shape plant-level quality strategy, strengthen a culture of proactive quality ownership, and directly influence product performance and customer satisfaction.
