Quantity Surveyor - Interior Design

Job description

1. Prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions.

2. Perform quantity take-off based on drawings.

3. Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

4. Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO).

5. Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts.

6. Monitor project costs and ensure projects are within budget.

7. Coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors.

8. Review drawings, specifications and contract documents.

9. Attend site meetings and site measurements when required.

10. Maintain project cost records and documentation.

11. Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
