Real Estate Asset Manager

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business, real estate, economics or related fields. Desire MBA.
• 7+ years experience in real estate asset management, leasing or development

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

1. Must have exposure to development, site acquisitions and existing building acquisitions
2. Solid understanding of financial terms and principles, with ability to conduct complex financial analysis.
3. Experience with broker relationships is highly beneficial
4. Excellent communication skills. Strong inter-personal and customer service skills
5. Ability to analyse and solve problems involving multiple factors in various situations
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
7. Proficient with all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
8. Capacity to relocate outside of the GAM if required.
