Recruiter, Operations
You will own full-cycle recruiting across Roofstock's Operations org, running high-volume trades pipelines alongside more consultative mid-level searches. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving process improvements with minimal coaching and independently managing a complex requisition load across roles of varying urgency, complexity, and volume.
Responsibilities

- Independently manage a complex requisition load, prioritizing across roles of varying urgency, complexity, and volume
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive solutions proactively
- Advise hiring teams with market intelligence including compensation benchmarking, labor availability, and competitive dynamics
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers: lead structured intake, challenge unrealistic requirements, and influence critical decisions regarding role scope, leveling, and process
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on effective, consistent evaluation techniques to ensure high-quality hires
- Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert on field, trades, and operations talent markets
- Exercise sound judgment to proactively flag risks and escalate issues to leadership before they become roadblocks
- Contribute to broader recruiting team initiatives and projects beyond your own requisition load
