Job Descriptions:

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking, and other recruiting methods.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role in Headhunter Agency with minimum 2 years of experience
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews for any positions and level
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
• The ability to prioritize and handle multiple positions
