Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the Banking Staffing vertical. Your expertise will contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

• Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria and job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
• Maintain a talent pipeline and build a strong network of potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Prepare and present suitable candidates to clients, ensuring a smooth selection process.
• Negotiate and finalize employment terms with successful candidates.
• Onboard new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and assess candidates effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
