Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions
Source candidates across various platforms
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Manage candidate pipelines in CRM systems
Work with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels

Requirements:
Experience in IT recruitment
Strong communication skills in Ukrainian
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Fast learner with a proactive mindset
