The Opportunity:
We are searching for a Recruiter to join our growing RPO Field Sales team! This position will be based out of our headquarters in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport and build relationships with clients and candidates
- Support Mix communications with hiring managers and act as primary contact for candidates
- Execute established search strategies effectively and adapt to meet the client and hiring manager needs
- Appropriately prioritize requisitions and manage time to meet deadlines
- Source, engage and attract high demand candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Source passive talent and qualify all candidates
- Manage entire candidate experience (conduct phone screens, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, etc.)
- Learn and utilize different ATS systems to track and move candidates through process
- Meet & achieve milestone deliverables (timelines, sourcing, screening, etc.)
