Recruitment Manager

 Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for sales and factory roles

 Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

 Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract quality candidates

 Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT

 Manage recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring metrics

 Maintain employer branding and candidate experience

 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

 3–6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in solar, EPC, or manufacturing industry)

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring

 Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• MBA in HR (preferred)

• 5–10 years of experience in Recruitment, with 2–3 years in a managerial role

• Experience in solar manufacturing, Solar EPC/Solar IPP companies is an advantage

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Data-driven approach to recruitment
