Regional HRIS Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional HRIS Manager to manage and optimize HRIS operations across the APAC region.

Key Requirements:

* 5+ years of relevant HRIS experience

* Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors

* Regional/APAC HRIS operations and governance experience

* HR data management, integrity, security & compliance

* Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, Power BI & Advanced Excel

* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

* Experience coordinating with HR, IT, global HRIS teams and vendors

* Knowledge of employee lifecycle, organization and performance management processes
