Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales operations within an assigned region, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing and mentoring sales teams, developing regional sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent market expansion and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be an inspired leader in taking electric motorcycles to the provinces, not just promoting this cutting-edge wonder, but also helping inspire people to a more empowered life.
  • Develop & implement regional development plans aligned with the organizational vision of creating shared value.
  • To promote electric motorbikes with dealers, appointing and managing new dealers.
  • Analysis of Sales data and Ground knowledge to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the designated region.
  • Managing sales/after-sales teams in the region and executing promotional campaigns and Group Sales

Requirements

  • An inspirational leader with a full / part qualification in Sales / Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Sales and Marketing trends.
  • Experience in the automobile industry would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluency in Sinhala / Tamil & English as relevant to the region.
  • Age below 40 years.
