Regional Training Manager - Kochi

The incumbent is expected to deliver trainings at various locations for following participants – Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower and other critical profiles (as specified and informed by TMPVL)
Complete the Man days of training prescribed by TMPVL
Compile and Present Training Reports and tracking Training Effectiveness through Periodic Audits
Ensure that training coverage is in line with KPIs and Training Need Analysis

Enhance in-house Sales Training capabilities by upskilling the Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach) and TSMs (TMPVL)

Engineer Preferred (BE/B.Tech) – with min 3 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
Graduate – with min 5 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
Age : 25 yrs – 35 yrs
