About the Role:
We're looking for a target-driven Relationship Manager to acquire and grow a client base for our broking and third-party product (TPP) business — managing everything from new account activation to margin collections and cross-selling investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and activate trading accounts
- Drive revenue across Broking (Equity) and TPP (Insurance, PMS, Mutual Funds)
- Collect trading margins through both online and offline (cheque/RTGS) modes
- Work client databases for activation, reactivation, and retention
- Cross-sell Insurance, PMS, and Mutual Fund (Lumpsum/SIP) products to existing clients
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in client acquisition within broking/financial services
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and collection targets
- Cross-selling ability across investment and insurance products
- Disciplined, database-driven approach to client management
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
