Relationship Manager - Emerging Market

As a Relationship Manager - Emerging Markets, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients in emerging markets, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Proactively identify and onboard new clients within designated emerging markets.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving financial requirements.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, presenting and recommending suitable products and services.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in emerging markets.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in assigned emerging markets.
* Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
* Represent the company at industry events and networking functions in emerging markets.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or business development, with a focus on emerging markets.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to emerging market clients (e.g., trade finance, foreign exchange, structured products).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client bases.
* Fluency in English and at least one other relevant language for emerging markets (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic).
* Ability to travel frequently to emerging markets.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of global economic trends.
