Client Acquisition & Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Lead new client acquisition efforts through proactive outreach, networking, and market development activities across Lagos and key Nigerian markets.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients via multiple channels — referrals, professional networks, digital platforms, and industry events — ensuring all outreach complies with applicable regulations.
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and present appropriate educational resources and platform capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Convert qualified prospects into active trading clients through structured onboarding and personalized engagement.
  • Develop and execute a personal pipeline strategy to consistently meet and exceed monthly new-client acquisition targets.
  • Represent FXTM at educational seminars, webinars, and industry events to build brand presence and generate qualified leads.

Portfolio Engagement & Growth

  • Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio through personalized voice and digital support, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Develop professional, trusting relationships with your active portfolio, keeping clients informed of relevant market developments and platform enhancements.
  • Monitor client engagement and trading activity to identify opportunities for deeper platform adoption and product education.
  • Listen to customers and offer the best solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets, with a strong emphasis on new-client acquisition metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, pipeline activity, and conversion outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management, highlighting acquisition progress, pipeline health, and market feedback.

Market Intelligence & Compliance

  • Stay abreast of global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events that can affect forex markets.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of financial markets, the company’s offering, and competitive landscape.
  • Translate complex financial and economic data into clear, actionable insights that support client decision-making.
  • Adhere strictly to all compliance and security requirements, ensuring all client-facing activities operate within the regulatory framework applicable to FXTM’s current licensing status in Nigeria.
  • Display behaviors aligned with our core values — inside and outside the office.
  • Any additional duties and responsibilities that may be required.
