Relationship Manager

Position Title: Relationship Manager (12 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Job Description: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions. 2. Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales. 3. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. 4. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must 2. At least 3 years of solid experience preferably in off-plan sales within UAE developers; With a strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; with ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
