As a Relationship Manager, your Key Responsibilities include:
1. Client Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new corporate customers seeking business financing.
2. Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients -understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Advisory
- Guide businesses through loan applications, structuring, and approvals.
4. Portfolio Growth
- Achieve revenue and customer retention goals while increasing the portfolio’s profitability through cross-selling and referrals.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in corporate financing.
- Degree in Business or Finance related discipline
- Good industry network and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-starter and team player
- Results-driven with a passion for helping businesses succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
