Relationship Manager - Suryapet

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Suryapet. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients in the Suryapet region.
* Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services, including loans, investments, insurance, and other banking solutions.
* Conduct regular client meetings to review financial portfolios, discuss market trends, and update clients on product offerings.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for various financial products.
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
* Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
* Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a relationship management or sales role within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of banking products, investment instruments, and insurance solutions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
