Relationship Manager - Vizianagaram
Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Vizianagaram. Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of individual and corporate clients within the Vizianagaram region.

* Present and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance, wealth management) to meet client requirements.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and business objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales activities.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, operations, and credit, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and English) is essential.
* Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as local market dynamics in Vizianagaram.
