As a Senior Systems Programmer on Dead by Daylight, you will play a key role in shaping the technical foundation of one of the world's leading live multiplayer games. You'll provide technical expertise on complex systems, driving scalable, high-performance solutions that support both the development team and millions of players worldwide. Working closely with Technical Leads, programmers, and cross-disciplinary teams, you'll solve challenging technical problems, and use best practices that elevate the quality, performance, and maintainability of the game's systems. Your expertise will help ensure Dead by Daylight continues to evolve while remaining stable, performant, and ready for future growth.

In this role you will : Coordinate the submission and certification process for chapters, DLCs, game updates, and other content releases across multiple platforms, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met. Partner closely with Producers and Associate Producers to create release plans, track milestones, manage risks, and communicate release status to stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact with first-party partners for submission-related topics, managing communications and helping resolve certification issues when needed. Oversee platform-specific deliverables, submission requirements, and release documentation while maintaining clear visibility on release readiness. Collaborate with Producers, Associate Producers, Marketing, Brand, Live Operations, to support release planning, chapter and DLCs launches, pricing, regional availability, and launch activities. Contribute to the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of release management processes and best practices.

What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Production, Project Coordination, Live Operations, or a related role within the video game or software industry. Experience supporting software, game, DLC, or content releases through structured delivery and certification processes; experience shipping a game is strongly preferred. Knowledge of first-party platforms and submission tools such as Steamworks, Microsoft Partner Center, PlayStation DevNet/FQAWeb, Nintendo portals, or Epic Online Services. Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Miro, and Microsoft 365. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced live service environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
