Reliability Engineering Manager
The Reliability Engineering Manager is responsible for continuously improving workplace safety, equipment reliability, and operational performance while ensuring a culture where safety is a core value. This role leads the reliability engineering function, manages maintenance and reliability resources, and drives the implementation of Plant Optimization methodologies across the facility. The position plays a critical role in maximizing equipment availability, reducing downtime, and supporting the plant’s production and quality commitments. Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
Lead the plant’s reliability engineering efforts, implementing and managing the RE Pillar processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to EHS&S standards, supporting safety investigations, and driving safe work practices.
Coach, mentor, and develop reliability and maintenance team members while supporting continuous improvement in maintenance execution and equipment ownership.
Analyze maintenance and reliability costs, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize resource utilization to maximize value and operational flexibility.
Partner with production teams to address key safety, quality, reliability, and equipment availability challenges while participating in daily production reviews.
Drive equipment reliability improvements by reducing Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance programs.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering.
5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in equipment design, project engineering and/or project management.
Experience using computerized maintenance management programs (example - SAP-PM).
Fundamental understanding of industrial equipment.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices, predictive maintenance concepts, and planning/scheduling functionality.
Strong leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader).
Strong problem solving skills and mentality.
Courageous and willing to make decisions.
