Dana Distributors is seeking a dependable and driven Relief Route Sales Representative to support our Sales team by covering established sales routes during representative absences. This role ensures continuity of service, exceptional customer engagement, and sales execution across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct routine sales calls and product presentations to promote new and existing beverage items.
• - Encourage retailer use of the retailer portal for streamlined communication and ordering.
• - Identify opportunities for product displays and expand product distribution.
• - Perform inventory checks, manage stock levels, and merchandise product in-store.
• - Deliver high-level customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• - Collect payments and accurately document all sales transactions.
• - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
• - Communicate customer feedback regarding concerns, product needs, and sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• - Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in customer-facing settings.
• - Basic math skills including percentages, ratios, and bar graph interpretation.
• - Ability to follow instructions and solve common problems effectively.
• - Familiarity with order processing systems is preferred.
• - Valid driver’s license

• - Strong time management and organizational skills.
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• - Frequently required to walk, sit, stand, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• - Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and warehouse environments.
