Remote Tele-Sales
This is a remote position.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients to close sales deals.
- Coordinate between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support
Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the education industry and training.
- previous experience in the events also and up selling services.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong background in sales
- Excellent command of English
