Job Description

• Job Summary
  The Repair Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing repair and refurbishment projects from initiation through completion. This is a hybrid role that requires regular on-site presence, including daily visits to monitoring facilities for project oversight, stakeholder coordination, site inspections, and support of field activities.
• Justification

• This position ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards. The Repair Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between customers, internal departments, vendors, and field personnel. Due to the hands-on nature of project execution, facility inspections, and coordination with on-site teams, the role requires a hybrid work arrangement with daily on-site attendance for a portion of the workday to effectively monitor project progress, address issues in real time, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
