Research Analyst - Semiconductor Sector

We provide asset management services for institutional investors as well as private wealth management solutions for high-net worth investors in Asia. Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, listed companies, and family offices.

As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for a technically rigorous Research Analyst to cover the semiconductor sector. You will sit at the intersection of deep-tech research and investment analysis, translating complex semiconductor architecture and manufacturing innovations into actionable investment insights.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth technical research across the semiconductor and material science sectors, with a focus on AI development and supply chain dynamics

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through rigorous due diligence, including supply-chain mapping and competitive analysis

Engage directly with company management, industry experts, and ecosystem contacts to develop proprietary research insights

Your attributes:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, microelectronics, or a related high-tech industrial sector

Solid knowledge of microelectronics, wafer fabrication, or materials science, with the ability to translate complex deep-tech concepts into an investment context

Fluent in spoken and written English

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Materials Science, or a related STEM discipline

Flexibility to work extended hours on an ad-hoc basis when required
