Introduction & Summary: The Resident Consultant role focuses on providing in-depth support for Nutanix Core and Portfolio Products, including Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) and Nutanix Unified Storage (NUS). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Nutanix products and a thorough understanding of operational best practices. Strong qualifications are necessary for ensuring high-quality deliverables to enhance customer experience and product performance.
Main Responsibilities:
The Resident Consultant will be responsible for:
Providing support for Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) and Unified Storage (NUS).
Engaging in written agreements on support for additional products prior to onboarding.
Conducting comprehensive assessments and analyses of Nutanix environments.
Delivering proactive insights, health assessments, and tailored recommendations to clients.
Maintaining accurate communication with clients regarding support entitlements and product usage.
Educating clients on core Nutanix operations and product features.
Key Requirements:
Very good German speaking & writing
Extensive experience with Nutanix Core Products (NCI, NUS).
Familiarity with Nutanix Portfolio Products, including NC2, NKP, NDB, NAI, NCM, and EUC.
Strong understanding of cluster management and VM lifecycle operations.
Ability to manage storage configurations and monitoring in the Nutanix environment.
Knowledge of Nutanix Pulse for performance insights and data-driven decisions.
Active and valid Nutanix Support contract for relevant products.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud computing and hybrid solutions.
Familiarity with AI-driven applications and services in the IT space.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
