We are currently reaching out to experienced leaders for a Residential Home Manager position in Swadlincote. This is a legally accountable role within a specialist 3-bed home dedicated to supporting children and young people with learning disabilities.

The Essentials:

• Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience).
• The Mission: Lead an Ofsted-regulated provision, embedding a therapeutic, child-centered culture.
• The Goal: Move beyond just meeting regulations- you'll be empowered to exceed the Children's Homes Quality Standards and truly impact the life skills and development of the young people in your care.
