We are seeking a Residential Operations Manager to oversee residential and community-based programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you'll lead multiple locations, mentor frontline leaders, drive operational excellence, and help ensure the highest quality of care for the people we serve.

What You'll Do
As a Residential Operations Manager, you'll serve as the primary operational leader for a portfolio of residential programs. You'll partner with team members, families, guardians, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to ensure safe, person-centered services and exceptional experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting Residential Coordinators and direct care teams
- Driving quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing staff
- Monitoring program performance, staffing, and service delivery metrics
- Supporting client admissions, transitions, and ongoing care coordination
- Ensuring programs remain survey-ready and compliant with state regulations
- Managing incidents, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement efforts
- Building strong relationships with families, guardians, and community partners
- Partnering with clinical, HR, finance, and quality teams to support growth and retention

Travel Requirements
This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned region to support programs and teams.
