Job Description

1. Operating the Sushi Restaurant as the head chef
2. Instructions to junior staffs for cooking
3. Quality check for the whole menus
4. Menu development for every seasons
5. Whole shop management for shift and cash management

Requirements

1. Minimum 15 years chef experiences in Sushi Restaurant are must
2. Must have restaurant management experiences
3. Prefer having menu development experiences
4. Prefer Japanese speaker as the CEO is from Japan and some suppliers are Japanese
5. Prefer having restaurant working experiences in Singapore
