What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of Standard Café, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team through hands-on leadership.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution across every service.
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational costs while maximizing efficiency.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating needs and creating lasting impressions.
- Support the implementation of service standards, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects The Standard's unique personality.
