RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Summary

Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations to drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in coordinating daily retail store activities to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and guide retail staff to maintain productivity and adherence to operational standards
• Monitor sales data regularly to track performance and implement actions to achieve sales targets
• Manage merchandising, stock levels, and product displays to optimize customer engagement and sales
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies
• Prepare detailed sales and operational reports to inform management decisions
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts, conducting training sessions, and monitoring employee performance
• Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures within the store
